From our mission, we strive to be the preferred hospital for all residents of our care region. Our vision was formulated in 2019 in the form of the following slogan: "One team, one family, together for your health!"
We continue to build on this vision but want to emphasize its essence more.
The previously formulated vision strongly emphasizes forming a team within the hospital. This approach remains relevant and is inherently connected to the way work is done within the organization: we know each other, work together across departmental and functional boundaries.
We now explicitly emphasize that we involve the patient and their loved ones as partners, and we consult with care and welfare partners outside the hospital to offer a tailored care pathway. We form a team around the patient, making them feel safe and at home.
Together, we strive for the health of our patients. We pursue continuous improvement of our services and operations, ensuring that the patient "feels better."
In short: together, we strive for the best care. We reformulate our vision for the period 2023-2026 as follows: Strong together in care!
