We are taking a number of major steps to achieve optimum collaboration and do not shy away from innovative practices (e.g., expanding primary care, cross-hospital healthcare pathways, etc.)
Our hospital clients are entitled to an exceptional experience during their hospital stay.
We want to do everything we can to ensure our hospital clients get an exceptional experience while staying in our hospital. We obviously also take into account the cultural diversity of our hospital clients.

Today, the emphasis is on curative medicine, whereas the government wants us to evolve to greater prevention. These two approaches can be combined, but require greater attention to preventive medicine. We want to evolve from a hospital to a health home, as part of a larger picture that emphasizes health care.
