Strengthening the nephrology department, a warm welcome to Dr. Margo Verbinnen!
She completed her medical studies at KU Leuven in 2017, followed by specialization in internal medicine, also at KU Leuven, in 2023. During her training years, she gained experience at UZ Leuven, AZ Imelda Bonheiden, and Virga Jesse Hasselt. In 2023, she worked as a Clinical fellow in nephrology at UZ Leuven.
Since the beginning of 2024, she has been working at UZ Brussel. As part of the nephrology collaboration between UZ Brussel and AZ Jan Portaels, Dr. Margo Verbinnen will also start working in Vilvoorde from April 2024.
